When you are finished with maintenance you will be eating for the “Rest of Your Life” - gradually add in healthy carbohydrates. Everyone is different on how many healthy carbs you can eat per day and how often. I do know that I am able to splurge once a week on sugary carbohydrates and by mid-week, if I return to my healthy eating plan, my weight returns to my ending diet protocol weight. You will get to experiment with your new weight and your new way of eating. Do your best and have fun!

7AM - WAKE-UP
Empty Your Bladder
Weigh Yourself Every Morning at the Same Time
Drink 16 oz. of Water
Take your drops
8AM - BREAKFAST
Cup of Organic Tea with Stevia Natural Sweetener
Organic Apple
32 oz. of Water before Lunch
12PM - LUNCH
3½ oz. Grilled Chicken with Organic Seasoning
3½ oz. Raw Organic Spinach
32 oz. of Water before Dinner
3PM – SNACK
(1) - Organic Orange
16 oz. of Water
5PM - DINNER
3½ oz. Grilled Halibut with Organic Seasoning
3½ oz. Sliced Organic Tomato with Sea Salt
16 oz. of Water
You may drink water and/or organic tea during the evening. This will support any cravings for snacking. We did drink diet soda occasionally even though it is not on the diet plan. For best results, do not drink diet soda at all. We did drink, however, Crystal Light with our water occasionally. It is very important to follow the HCG Diet Protocol to achieve maximum results for quick weight loss. |
